Shipping

All orders will be shipped registered via Australia Post.

We process and post orders on weekdays excluding public holidays. 
Delivery charges are additional to the price of goods.  

International delivery

International delivery is via International Post (3-10 days for metropolitan areas of some major cities). Shipping will calculate at checkout.

Refunds and returns

At 4BP Horses Australia, we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality products.
Your satisfaction is important to us.
We will refund or replace (at our discretion):

• any product received that is not the product ordered
• any product that has been damaged in transit
• any product that proves faulty within 14 days of being received

Should it be necessary to return a product to us, please pack it safely in the original packaging.  We will not be held liable for damage to products incurred during return shipping.
